Powder Coating Production

Our overhead line has a 3' x 6' window and can handle parts up to 11 feet long.

Our state-of-the-art wash system ensures clean parts for superior finishes.

Powder is applied with our Gema Spraying System. We have 8 auto guns and 2 manual touch-up guns. This system reclaims unused powder to help minimize costs and is eco-friendly as we can recycle and reuse it.

Also at Premier Powder Coating, we reuse/recycle your shipping box. We will save this box and reuse it for the returned items.

Our Batch system can handle large heavy parts, such as castings and storage tanks. Our oven is 26Ft deep 10Ft wide and 8Ft high. We also offer sandblasting for mill scale or rust removal.
